Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must have all original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging.
- Sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return or Exchange an Item

Initiate the Return or Exchange: Contact our customer service team at Zahranrodyna@gmail.com or call us at 01030049300 with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags. Be sure to include your RMA number in the package.

Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
- Once the original item is received and inspected, we will process and ship the new item to you.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
